I was initially disappointed with the end result, but Nui went above and beyond to make it right siting an error on their part. It would have been easy to just let it go, but they insisted on making it right. I appreciated their timely response and persistence to quality customer service and satisfaction. Thank you, Nui! Website was easy to use, which I appreciated as I was ordering from out of town. Delivery was prompt and exactly as they advertised.
